I’ve spent my career turning "The Future" into something you can actually use.
I didn’t start in a computer lab. I started in the world of culture and hustle.
Early in my career, mentored by Daymond John (Shark Tank), I learned a fundamental truth: Technology doesn’t matter if people don’t know how to use it. I learned to spot the signal in the noise and move with speed.
Later, as Head of Portfolio Marketing at Kapor Capital, I advised hundreds of founders who were building the future. I saw firsthand that the biggest barrier to innovation wasn’t code—it was fear. Companies fail when they stop being curious.
When AI exploded onto the scene, I saw the exact same pattern. Leaders were frozen. Everyone was buying tools, but nobody was building with them.
I realized my job wasn’t to write code. It was to give leaders the permission to play.
The bottleneck isn’t information. It’s imagination.
So, I built a new playbook.
