You don't get to where you are without working with a few consultants.
And you've probably been burned by one or two who promised ROI and then just...didn't deliver. Thanks for making the rest of us look bad, guys. Damn.
You’re so deep in your industry that you can't see the forest for the trees right now. You NEED a fresh perspective. Or maybe just a new glasses prescription.
But "marketing consultants" are notoriously slippery...so why should you trust me?
Because trusting me pays off.
Here's the bullet-point version of how I became the right-hand digital marketing advisor to some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the country:
- After graduating from Cal Berkeley, I went to work in Silicon Valley. (That's where I figured out 2 things: California has the best tacos outside of Mexico, and automation is the future of marketing.)
- Eventually, I went back to school to get a master's in entrepreneurship at Babson College — the most selective program in the country that you’ve never heard of. At Babson, I met Daymond John — founder of FUBU, popular Shark Tank shark, and creator of the Shark Group, a branding consultancy for Daymond's investments.
- I worked directly with Daymond for 5 years, generating over $5 million in revenue and helping build Shark Group investment companies into high-grossing, internationally recognized businesses.
Right now I'm the Digital Engagement Director at Kapor Center. Working closely with venture capitalist Mitch Kapor, I oversee all of the digital marketing strategy for the center's multimillion-dollar portfolio of companies and nonprofits.
And in my limited spare time, I help entrepreneurs like you solve their most painful marketing issues.
